Payment and Cancellation Terms

I reserve your scheduled appointment time specifically for you. Therefore, the following terms apply if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

Cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge, provided that I receive your notice at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance
If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, the full session fee will be payable, as the time has been reserved specifically for you and, as a general rule, cannot be offered to another client at such short notice.

This also applies in the event of illness.

If the session is part of a prepaid programme, the session will be considered used and deducted from the total number of sessions included in your programme.

No-shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without cancelling in advance, the full session fee will also be payable.

How to cancel or reschedule your appointment

You can cancel or request to reschedule your appointment by calling or sending an SMS to +45 21 86 64 22.

The time at which I receive your message determines whether the 48-hour cancellation deadline has been met.

Acceptance of these terms

Your appointment is binding once booked. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and accepted the above payment and cancellation terms.
