Feeling good is well being and it puts us on a frequency of abundance!

To feel good is well-being!

My goal and mission with ‘Feel Good Living’ and YouTube channel of the same name, is to help myself and others improve our individual frequency of vibration (point of vibration) so we fly high. Aside from therapy or success optimization using hypnotherapy as already mentioned, this is achieved with practices that keep our individual vibration high CONSISTENTLY. Our natural human state is to feel good and enjoy well being. Unfortunately evidence suggests this is not the reality of most adults worldwide! Happiness and health equate to strength. According to Dr David Hawkins in his book of research ‘Power vs Force’, 87% of humanity is vibrating on a frequency that weakens them! So on a larger scale, this goal and mission of ‘Feeling Good’ is about contributing to raising the collective energy and vibration of humanity, one person at a time.

These practices enable us to live with power and strength in ease rather than force and weakness in struggle. Our state of being (cat or lion) impacts our lives significantly. It not only impacts our own immediate sphere of individual influence but, like ripples in the water, it impacts those around us and determines how good life can be.

Made simple in my language - How much 'Lion’ can I be today?

What does that mean? It involves self-regulation, which is mental and emotional control of one’s self, where we deliberately CHOOSE and thereby create a positive state of being with thoughts that feel good. This is what I call the ‘Lion state’. We each have our own individual ‘energetic’ signature (point of vibration), much like our unique fingerprint, although it is in constant change depending on the quality or nature of our thoughts and feelings.

Our point of vibration via law of attraction attracts what matches that frequency of vibration. The more we vibrate on a frequency of satisfaction or higher like love and achieve this consistently by making it a habit, the more of the ‘good life’ can come to us!. What a genius model – we each have the power to control our experiences by controlling our point of vibration. Good attracts good!

The quality of our thinking and feeling determines the quality of our experiences.

Once we know that, we stop trying to control the external environment including other people and we focus on controlling the only thing that influences our experience – ourselves!

The ideal state of being that serves our joy and success best then is:

‘I am satisfied ‘Now’ and eager for ‘More’, meaning, I am happy now and at peace with my ‘Now’ on my way to greater joyful expansion.

This understanding makes our most worthy DIRECTIVE to achieve as a daily practice:

‘Nothing is more important than ‘I feel good’– as much and often and consistently as possible! Why? Because it makes me a magnet to the good life!

These concepts are especially easy to grasp after seeing my YouTube channel and/or after sessions together.

Examples of daily practices that help us achieve this ideal ‘magnetic’ state of being are:

  1. Living with appreciation – by counting our blessings, focusing on the positive, remembering and celebrating our successes; acknowledging the riches in our life and giving thanks!
  2. Being present in the powerful NOW moment! – by being aware which gives us choice and control over our ‘Now’ experience. Our powerful now moment is also determining our future experience, so it is both about enjoying the experience of self in the ‘Now’ as well as ‘attracting’ positively as an investment in future experiences.
  3. Leveraging ourselves – by harmonizing and working with the genius within us (our soul). Our soul knows our desires, our past, our blocks and success and desires for the future. By deliberately tuning into the pure positive frequency of our soul (high flying frequency), we are empowered as we’re guided in our choices and flow of creative energy! We’re deliberate CO-creators in a life that predominantly feels good.
  4. Enjoying peace of mind –by knowing we are all CO-creators – a partnership of personality AND soul. This means we can accept, let go, allow and align to our ‘higher’ knowing and understand that we as individuals have all the necessary wisdom, knowledge and resources available to us to realize our own desires or goals. We are in capable hands and it is an inside job!
  5. Living from a feeling of satisfaction or a higher frequency of love and above as much as possible – the highest emotion is peace (on David Hawkins ‘Scale of consciousness’).

where there is sadness, joy.

For it is in giving that we receive,

Tools we can use daily that assist us in living a more consistent Feel Good, ‘Lion Life’ are:

  1. Self-hypnosis
  2. Meditation
  3. Ho’oponopono Practice (I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you).
  4. Yoga

These practices involve engaging the ‘non-physical self and energy of our soul’ in daily living. It is a powerful influence in living UNconditionally in our life as it represents BEING unconditional love (the highest emotion on Abraham Hicks ‘Emotional Scale’)!
